Viridian City Gym Challenge
There is no theme to this gym, and similar to when you fought Blaine the only person here is the leader. Just bring make sure your team is healed up and charge in!

Now we are ready to embark on our final leg of the journey. Well, we're able to at least, I highly doubt your Pokemon team will be at the right levels for the challenge. Mine sure weren't. So what I'm going to do now is go through the Elite Four over and over again until my team are around level 75.

Also, take note that you can encounter (and by "can" I mean "will be forced to") your rival on Mondays and Wednesdays when you go to challenge the E4. This is helpful for a bit of extra exp.
